My Journey.
I began my career in data analytics, helping small grocery retailers understand their operations through numbers.Over time, I realized that the real challenges weren’t hidden in spreadsheets. They were hidden in the everyday frustrations of the people using the systems.I saw store owners struggling with tools that were supposed to help. I saw researchers slowed down by interfaces that didn’t match how they actually worked. That was the moment I shifted my focus from analyzing behavior to understanding people.
UX became the bridge.
It connects what I know about systems with what I care about most: making technology feel more human.Since then, I’ve been designing experiences that bring clarity, empathy, and functionality together.Whether it’s a pet-calming robot, a medical annotation interface, or tools that help small retailers make decisions with confidence.
My work is shaped by a simple belief.
Good design should reduce stress, restore dignity, and quietly support the people who rely on it every day.
